Terms of Business

Upon payment of the specified sum, you will receive access to the selected documents/templates/materials for use by you, your business and employees.  The Care Compliance Bureau shall only provide the purchased documents/materials/templates in electronic format (typically word, excel or pdf). 

The documents/materials/templates will not be exclusive to you but will be available for purchase by other individuals/businesses.  

Once you have been granted access to the selected documents/templates you will be able to print, copy and distribute for the sole purpose of your business and for use by you and your employees. 

When placing your order on the site please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. Once your order has been submitted and the purchased documents/materials/templates have been released to you there is no right to cancel or request a refund. 

We are not liable to you if you are unable to download or access the digital content due to a poor internet connection, because your device does not meet the minimum technical requirements, or for any other reason outside of our reasonable control. 

All rights and interest (including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights) in the Documents/Materials/templates purchased belong to us or our third party suppliers. You acquire no ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights or proprietary interest in the purchased documents/materials/templates. 

The purchased documents/materials/templates are provided on an “as is available” basis and we make no express warranties that the available documents/materials/templates are or will be complete or free from errors.  

Whilst reasonable efforts are made to keep the Documents/Materials/Templates up to date this cannot be guaranteed. Should an updated version of the required document/material/template be issued and available (due to changes in legislation, policies or otherwise) then an additional payment will have to be made in order to purchase the updated document/material/template. 

By making a purchase of specified documents/materials/templates you are not entitled to access to updated versions of those documents/materials/templates should they be made available without payment of an additional sum.  

LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant that we have the right and authority to make the documents/materials/templates available pursuant to these General Terms.  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Care Compliance Bureau shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from: a) any errors in or omissions from the purchased documents/materials/templates; b) your use or misuse of the purchased documents/materials/templates; c) your failures or omissions to comply with or meet relevant standards, legislation and regulations.  

This Agreement, (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claims or disputes which may arise under or in connection with this Agreement (including any non-contractual claims or disputes).
